Emmaus Winery located in the heart of Kibbutz Nachshon, was founded out of a love for wine and a passion for personal creation. Since 2016, Jude Ophir has been producing unique boutique wines, based on select vines and a vision that connects the mountain soil, the grapes, and the people.

The name Emmaus is taken from the ancient name of the area where the winery is located – a place that has been the subject of many historical and cultural references throughout the generations. The choice of name expresses the deep connection between wine and the land, between local history and the new winemaking tradition that is being forged here.
